What is "The Ins And Outs Training Programme"?

It is an affordable monthly dance training programme offering professional dance training to dancers wishing to take their training to the next level.

What can I expect to get from this programme?

Each session consists of drills to help understand different foundations or exercises to improve the understanding of the dance and improve the quality of your movement. Every week you learn a new routine and will be expected to practise it and work on it so by the final week we can then work on execution and perfomance of each of the routines.

There will also be a guest instructor each month for one of the sessions. Every guest instructor is a master of their field and is carefully selected to teach at the programme.

What kind of dancer is the programme for?

All dancers are welcome, If dance is your career or your hobby we welcome you. We don't discriminate, everyone should have the chance to improve and have fun so all levels are welcome. All we advise is that you come in with an open mind and be willing to learn and be put through your paces.

Is there an age limit?

We welcome anyone 16+. Anyone under 18 would need permission from their parent/guardian and for them to sign a consent form.

Where is it?

The Programme is based in Swindon, We currently use an incredible facility owned by Wilkes Academy.

​

When is it?

The dates change month to month however the programme runs on Sundays from 4-7pm, for exact dates please contact us via our social media.

How much is it?

£80 for 4 weeks.

How do I book on?

To book on please first create an account, then go to your profile and add a dancer. Once you are logged in and have your dancer profile you can select the course on this page and choose your dancer on the popup. Then enter your details at checkout and We'll see you there!
